NON-MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION
Non-medical transportation which enabling the client to gain personal physical access to non-medical community services and resources can be authorized by the Department of Human Services.
HOME MODIFICATION
Specific adaption or installations in an eligible client’s home setting are allowed through the Medicaid HCBS-EBD benefit. These adaptions or installations must be necessary to ensure health, welfare and safety of the individual. This primarily includes wheelchair ramps and bathroom modifications.
