The Early Learning Center serves children ages 1 year to 8 years of age. Our program offers infant/toddler programs, preschool programs for the Hoehne School District RE3, and for School District #1 as well as special education services for young children.
The Early Learning Center partners with local school Districts, Huerfano/Las Animas County Health Department, Department of Human Services in both Las Animas County and Huerfano County, BOCES (Board of Cooperative Educational Services), Huerfano/Las Animas County Early Childhood Council (HuLa), the H.R. Sayre Senior Center, Trinidad High School Early Childhood Program, TSJC and Carnegie Public Library.

All children of Las Animas and Huerfano Counties ages 1 - 8 will have access to quality care and an educational foundation for school success and a healthy life.
