Early Learning | South Central Council of Governments

The Early Learning Center serves children ages 1 year to 11 years of age. Our program offers infant/toddler programs, preschool programs for the Hoehne School District RE3, and for School District #1 as well as special education services for young children.

The Early Learning Center partners with local school Districts, Huerfano/Las Animas County Health Department, Las Animas County Department of Human Services, BOCES (Board of Cooperative Educational Services), Huerfano/Las Animas County Early Childhood Council (HuLa), the H.R. Sayre Senior Center, Trinidad High School Early Childhood Program, TSC and Carnegie Public Library.

All children of Las Animas County ages 1 - 11 will have access to quality care and an educational foundation for school success and a healthy life.
