Commitment to Safety
Our Commitment to Safety
At South Central Council of Governments, safety is more than a policy, it’s a core value that guides everything we do. We are dedicated to providing a safe, healthy, and secure environment for our employees, partners, and the communities we serve.
Our Safety Committee plays a key role in upholding this commitment. They conduct regular inspections, lead monthly safety trainings, investigate incidents, and continuously review and improve our safety policies. The Committee also publishes a monthly safety newsletter to keep everyone informed and engaged.
We believe that safety is a shared responsibility. If you notice a potential hazard or safety concern, we encourage you to report it to a supervisor or a member of our Safety Committee. Your awareness and action help us maintain a culture of safety and care.
At SCCOG, we take pride in fostering a workplace where safety is prioritized, and every individual is empowered to contribute to a safer tomorrow.
